J A M Club - Jesus and Me

Safe and Sound - Protecting Our Young People 
Jam Club - Jesus and Me, part of our Youth and Children programme, meets every Tuesday evening during school term from 6.00pm to 7.00pm at The Salvation Army Hall at the junction of Kennedy Road and Elstow Road in Elstow. 

Catering especially for the age group 7 to 12 years the J A M Club - Jesus and Me - is essentially Sunday School teaching on a Tuesday evening and is an important part of Youth and Children initiative at Bedford Congress Hall.

Through games, singing and other activities including drama and videos the Jam Club - Jesus and Me teaches children about God, His love for us all and how Jesus can be our special Friend.

Our Jam Club - Jesus and Me children are a lively and energetic bunch of  enthusiastic youngsters lead by a dedicated group of mature Christians who teach the love of God, the teachings of Jesus Christ and the power and guidance of the Holy Spirit.

The Jam Club - Jesus and Me is staffed by caring volunteers who are always willing to lend a sympathetic ear to anyone who is worried about any problem they may have...and, of course, all our JAM club activities follow the "Safe and Sound" guidance which puts into practice the Home Office Code of Practice - Safe from Harm". 

Bedford Congress Hall J A M Club leaders and everyone working with young people at our church have completed "Safe and Sound" training and are checked with the Criminal Records Bureau.

The J A M Club is not restricted to Salvation Army youngsters, in fact, the vast majority of J A M Club members have had no previous contact with The Salvation Army. So, if you're at a loose end...or just looking to meet new friends you are assured of a great welcome at the Army Jam Club.

And don't forget...everybody is welcome - so why not give it a go? You'll certainly enjoy the experience.
